If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The jewelry must be unworn and unused
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must be free from scratches, damage, stains, perfume, or any signs of wear
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation

Return Shipping

Once your return request has been approved:

  • If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, including:
    • Change of mind
    • Wrong size selected
    • Personal preference
    • No longer wanting the item

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please carefully inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and provide the best possible solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, quality control, and customer protection, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Jewelry that has been worn, resized, altered, scratched, stained, or damaged after delivery

Items returned with visible signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.

Ring Size Policy

Please carefully select your ring size before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct ring size. If you select the wrong size, you may request a return according to our return policy; however, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different style or size, please return your original item first. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will carefully inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
